The RAD provides a comprehensive, progressive framework for dance education and teacher training, setting international standards for classical ballet exams that are used worldwide. The RAD Syllabus includes Graded and Vocational Graded examinations, designed to build technical, musical, and performance skills from beginner to professional levels.
CSTD (Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing - Australia)
Pre + Primary for Classical Ballet, All grades for Jazz, All grades for Tap
CSTD dance exams provide an internationally recognized framework for assessing dance technique and performance, with progressive grade levels across multiple genres, eg: Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary and Theatrical. Students perform set routines and exercises in front of a certified examiner, who evaluates criteria such as technique, coordination, musicality, and presentation. Exams offer measurable progress, building confidence and providing feedback for skill development, with successful candidates receiving certificates and report cards with valuable individualized feedback.

2024
Our Annual Concert is a special opportunity for every student to shine confidently on stage and share their love of dance with family and friends. Each class will perform a unique routine that highlights the genre and skills they’ve been learning throughout the year.
Now in its fourth year, our concert has become a much-loved tradition for our Tilter community. This year’s theme is “Musicals!” — a vibrant celebration of storytelling through song and dance. Past themes have included Seussical the Musical, Fractured Fairytales, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
We’re passionate about giving every student the chance to gain valuable stage experience, build confidence, and celebrate their progress in a fun, supportive environment. It’s a day full of excitement, pride, and unforgettable memories for students and families alike!
